Why Corinth homeowners are going permanent
Seasonal lights take real work. You drag the bins out of the garage, test every strand to see which ones still light, climb the ladder, and then do it all in reverse in January. Between work, the kids and everything else, finding that weekend is tough. With permanent lights, we handle one install and you're done. After that, color, brightness and timing all live in the app.
Corinth knows how to do the holidays. The city has started the season with Christmas at the Commons at the Agora, a family event with an outdoor ice rink, live music, cookie decorating and photos with Santa. In summer, Corinth teams up with Lake Dallas, Hickory Creek and Shady Shores for the Lake Cities 4th of July, with a morning parade and a big fireworks show after dark. Your house can dress up for both.
Made for how Corinth celebrates
- Corinth is split between two high schools. A lot of central and eastern Corinth cheers for the Lake Dallas Falcons in green, grey and white. Homes on the west side, in the Guyer zone, can save a black, silver and blue Wildcats design. Both can live in the app.
- Red, white and blue all week long for the Lake Cities Fourth.
- Christmas can be red and green, icy blue and white, or a warm white that sets off the wreath on the door.
- Halloween is orange and purple, and Valentine's Day is soft pink. Most regular nights, people keep it to a calm white.
Set schedules as far as twelve months out and the house changes over without you. You get 16 million colors to choose from, with whites from a warm 1800K to a cool 6800K.
Homes we light in Corinth
Corinth grew quickly over the last few decades, so most homes here are suburban single-family, with a few surprises in the mix.
- Oakmont and its many sections around Oakmont Country Club. Plenty of those homes back up to the golf course, and lit up, they look as good from the course as they do from the street.
- Newer neighborhoods like Ashford Park, Valencia, Terrace Oaks and Crosspointe, with more modern-looking fronts. At night the whole front of the house is lit. By day you'd never know anything was up there.
- Older subdivisions, where folks want an update that doesn't change how the house looks in the daytime.
- Every so often an acreage tract or horse property. Out there, a lit house really stands out from the road.
Some Corinth neighborhoods have an HOA and some don't. Have an HOA? Mention it on your estimate request and we'll talk it through with you.
How it works
- Request your free estimate. Tell us about your home on the Free Estimate page.
- Get your custom quote. Price depends on how many feet of roofline you want lit, the number of stories, and which sides of the house you want covered.
- Pick your install date. Install dates are booked in the order estimates are approved, so the earlier you request, the more dates you'll have before Christmas.
- Light it up. Download the app and run the house from your phone, with presets for every holiday or your own custom designs.

Corinth permanent lighting FAQ
Can I set my lights for the Lake Cities 4th of July?
Yes. Schedule red, white and blue for the evenings around the parade and fireworks. Afterward the lights go back to your usual setting on their own.
My kids go to different schools. Can we switch team colors?
Sure can. Save one Falcons design and one Wildcats design and use whichever fits the night. Everybody in the family can get on the app and keep their own favorites.
How much would it cost for my house?
Every quote is custom. It's based on how much of the roofline you want lit, how many stories you have, and which sides. A free estimate is the fastest way to get your number.
Can you see the lights in the daytime?
Hardly. We color-match the track to your trim, and most people driving past won't know anything's up there.
How long is the warranty?
Five years. The lights carry a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
Can I schedule the whole year?
Yes, up to twelve months out. Your holiday looks will start and stop on their own, and nobody has to open the app.
Do you install outside Corinth?
Yes. We install all around Corinth and well beyond. Just add your address when you request an estimate.
Ready to get started?
Send in your free estimate request and get an install date on the calendar early. Then the ladder can stay in the garage.
