Permanent Lighting in Sanger
One install, and your Sanger house is lit for every holiday after. Inception Lighting puts permanent color-changing LED lights on Sanger homes, and they stay up year round. In the daytime they're hard to spot because the track matches your trim. You pick a color on your phone and they come on. We're based in Denton, just down I-35.
Control with the click of a button
With BlueHopper, you have the superpower of controlling lights! Available on both iOS & Android, BlueHopper is an incredibly user-friendly app with all the powerful features, even for those who are not tech-savvy.
Start by choosing a preset design, or easily customize your own and schedule it. It's that easy!
Why Sanger homeowners are choosing permanent lights
Every year we all mean to get the lights up early. Then it eats the whole weekend on the roof, and come January you're back up there on a cold afternoon pulling it all down. With a permanent system you're done with that. We install it once and you change everything after that from the app.
Sanger got its start as a stop on the Santa Fe Railroad, and it still feels close-knit. The Sanger Area Chamber of Commerce puts on Sanger SELLabration in the fall with live music, an art show and food trucks. At the holidays the whole town turns out for the Christmas parade. When the lights come on by themselves, your house keeps up with all of it.
Made for how Sanger celebrates
- Purple and gold for Sanger High football. If they go on a playoff run, leave it up the whole way.
- SELLabration is a good time to kick off fall with something bright.
- For Christmas parade season, go red and green, all warm white or a soft twinkle. It's your call.
- Red, white and blue on the Fourth and orange at Halloween. Most other nights a plain white looks nice on the house and keeps the yard from sitting in the dark.
You can set schedules a year out and be done planning. Pick from 16 million colors, with whites that run from a warm 1800K to a cool 6800K.
Homes we light in Sanger
In Sanger you've got older streets in town, new subdivisions going in, and country places out toward the lake.
- Older homes near downtown. Owners want the house to keep its character in the daytime, and since the lights blend in, it does.
- The newer subdivisions on the edges of town. A new house can look a little plain after dark, and lighting the roof takes care of that.
- Homes near Lake Ray Roberts and Ray Roberts Lake State Park, a few miles out of town. After a day on the water, it's nice to pull in and find the house already lit.
- Rural homes and acreage, where a lit house stands out across all that open land.
A few Sanger neighborhoods do have an HOA. Have an HOA? Mention it on your estimate request and we'll talk it through with you.
How it works
- Request your free estimate. Tell us about your home on the Free Estimate page.
- Get your custom quote. Price depends on how many feet of roofline you want lit, the number of stories, and which sides of the house you want covered.
- Pick your install date. Install dates are booked in the order estimates are approved, so the earlier you request, the more dates you'll have before Christmas.
- Light it up. Download the app and run the house from your phone, with presets for every holiday or your own custom designs.

Sanger permanent lighting FAQ
Can I do purple and gold for the Indians?
You bet. Save it as a preset for game nights and school events, and go back to your regular look afterward.
We live out by Lake Ray Roberts. Will you come out that far?
Yes. We install all over Sanger, out toward the lake and on acreage too. Your quote depends on how much of the roofline you want lit.
How much does it cost?
Every quote is custom. It comes down to how much roofline you want lit, the number of stories, and which sides of the house you want done. The free estimate tells you what yours will be.
Can I still have a traditional Christmas look?
Yes. Warm white, multicolor, and red and green are one tap away. When the season's over you pick a different preset, and nothing has to come down.
Is there a warranty on these?
Yes. They carry a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
Can I set them to change on their own?
Yes. Schedule up to twelve months ahead and the house switches over for each holiday without you.
Can everybody in the house use the app?
Yes. Each person can use it and save their own designs.
Do you install outside Sanger?
Yes. We install in Sanger, the towns all around it, and well beyond. Send your address along with the estimate request.
