Permanent Lighting in Frisco
Frisco homes, lit for the holidays from your phone. Inception Lighting installs permanent color-changing LED lights on Frisco houses. They stay put from one season to the next. You won't see much of them in the daytime, and once it's dark you pick the colors in the app and switch them on.
Control with the click of a button
With BlueHopper, you have the superpower of controlling lights! Available on both iOS & Android, BlueHopper is an incredibly user-friendly app with all the powerful features, even for those who are not tech-savvy.
Start by choosing a preset design, or easily customize your own and schedule it. It's that easy!

Why Frisco homeowners are switching
Frisco families stay busy. Between school and practices, nobody really has a spare weekend in late November to spend on a ladder. Plenty of Frisco homes are tall two-stories too, and that makes hanging lights even harder. Then there's taking it all down after New Year's. Permanent lights skip all of that. We install them once and you handle every change after that from your phone.
December is busy here. Merry Main Street fills Simpson Plaza in Frisco Square with music, food and the city tree lighting. The Cowboys light the big LED tree at The Star, Kaleidoscope Park has a tree that dances to music, and there's a weekly musical tree lighting with Santa at PGA Frisco. If your lights are already on a schedule, the house is lit and waiting when you get back from any of them.
Made for how Frisco celebrates
- Cowboys colors are an easy pick in the town where the team has its headquarters at The Star.
- Red and blue for FC Dallas match days at Toyota Stadium, or RoughRiders red and navy on summer nights.
- Your kid's high school colors for homecoming week and the playoffs. With all the high schools in Frisco ISD, you can save a preset for yours.
- Christmas colors from the Merry Main Street tree lighting through New Year's, plus orange and purple for Halloween and red, white and blue for the Fourth.
- A warm white on normal nights so the house and driveway aren't sitting in the dark.
The BlueHopper app lets you build schedules up to twelve months ahead. It comes with presets for the holidays and room for your own designs, 16 million colors, and whites from 1800K to 6800K.
Homes we light in Frisco
Frisco grew fast, and a lot of the city is made up of master-planned communities, each with its own look.
- Phillips Creek Ranch, with its lakes, trails, pools and green space. Families there like walking the trails after dark with the house already lit.
- Starwood, the gated community with larger lots and European-style estate homes. Owners usually want the lights out of sight during the day.
- Newman Village, built around a central square with upscale custom homes. A soft white or full Christmas color looks great there at night.
- Richwoods in east Frisco, a gated community with a clubhouse, a big pool and neighborhood parks.
- Frisco Lakes by Del Webb, the 55-and-over community. Residents there like getting holiday lights without anyone climbing up.
- The neighborhoods near Stonebriar and The Trails, with mature trees and golf course views.
Many Frisco communities have an HOA. Have an HOA? Mention it on your estimate request and we'll talk it through with you.
How it works
- Request your free estimate. Tell us about your home on the Free Estimate page.
- Get your custom quote. Price depends on how many feet of roofline you want lit, the number of stories, and which sides of the house you want covered.
- Pick your install date. Install dates are booked in the order estimates are approved, so the earlier you request, the more dates you'll have before Christmas.
- Light it up. Download the app and run the house from your phone, with presets for every holiday or your own custom designs.

Frisco permanent lighting FAQ
Can I have the house lit for Merry Main Street?
Yes, if it's installed before then. Schedule your Christmas design to start that evening and run through New Year's. Install dates are booked in the order estimates are approved, so the earlier you request, the better.
We're in Phillips Creek Ranch. Does our HOA matter?
Tell us about it on your estimate request and we'll talk it through with you.
Can I do Cowboys colors on game days?
Of course. Save them as a preset and turn them on for Sundays, or schedule the whole season at once.
What's the price for a Frisco house?
It varies by house. The price depends on how much of the roofline you want lit, how many stories you have and which sides you want covered. Your free estimate shows the exact cost.
Will anybody notice them in daylight?
Not much. The track is color-matched to your trim, so the lights mostly disappear into the house until they're on.
Can my family use the app too?
Yes. Everyone in the family can use it and save their own favorite designs.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
Do you install outside Frisco?
Yes. We install all around Frisco and well beyond. Let us know your address in the estimate request.
Ready to get started?
Install dates before Christmas are booked in the order estimates are approved. Send in your free estimate request early and get the house on the calendar while there's still room.
